1. Committment: Full time position

2. Qualifications: Sijil Pelajaran Malaysia (SPM) and above qualifications. 

3. Requirements: Excellent communicator, possess good command in English, Mandarin and Malay. Self motivated, independent, disciplined, results orientated, business minded and lifelong learner. Interested applicants must obtain REN license under Action Real Estate (self sponsored). 

4. Job scope: 

(i) Convincing prospective clients that your agency is the right one to handle their property sale and agree to the terms. (obtaining listings)

(ii) Arranging advertising to promote the property.

(iii) Sending out details of new properties on the market to people on your database.

(iv) Making appointments and showing buyers around a property.

(v) Finding interested buyers in a position to proceed with purchase for listings you have acquired. 

(vi) Referring buyers to mortgage banker and lawyer for loan application and legal procedures respectively.
